The vision for the future of Mercy is quite simply to be the THE premier, all-girls secondary school in metropolitan Detroit, rooted in Catholic values and the Mercy tradition.
Our top priorities are as follows:
- New Construction and Renovation of Facilities - We must create a stimulating and dynamic learning environment that keeps pace with contemporary needs.
- Enhanced Curriculum and Programming - Mercy will continue to challenge its faculty, staff, and students to reach even greater levels of excellence as we increase our enrollment from 750 - 850 students.
- Endowment Growth of $1 Million - An increased endowment will enable us to support the ever-growing demand for need-based financial aid for students from all ethnic, socio-economic, and geographic origins.
- Expanded College and Career Planning - New resources will include additional counseling assistance, programmatic involvement of alumnae in innovative ways to benefit current students, and exploring new levels of direct collaboration between Mercy High School and colleges and universities throughout the United States.
With your help, Investing in Excellence - Building Mercy's Future will make these priorities a reality.
